Membership

Papakura Tennis and Squash Club offers a variety of membership options to suit all levels of players. Full seniors are entitled to play tennis and squash, including tournaments and interclub. Social squash members are entitled to only play squash, including friendly matches, closed fun tournaments, club champs and club night. Senior tennis members are entitled to play tennis only, including tournaments and interclub. Social tennis members are entitled to only play tennis including friendly matches, closed club tournaments, club champs and club night. Juniors are entitled to play both squash and tennis and play tournaments and interclub in both sports. Those wishing to play tournaments and/or interclub will be issued with a player code from the relevant Association which will be retained throughout their playing career. Prompt payment discount is available for members paying before the noted cutoff date. Junior membership is available for members who are under 19 at the first of September. Married Couples are two senior players who are married or living together in a permanent relationship. Family membership covers a married or defacto couple with children under the age of 19 living at the same address

Membership Cards

These will be issued to all new members upon payment of subs and must be carried at all times to have access into the club and onto either the tennis or squash courts.

The membership card allows members to gain access into the club. Your membership card needs to be swiped on the right hand side of the main entry door. Squash members also use their cards to turn on the court lights.

Shoe Tags

All members will be given a shoe tag when memberships have been paid. These change colour every year. Tags must be worn at all times and are to be threaded onto laces of tennis or squash court shoes. Those people who do not wear these tags will be asked to leave the courts. It is up to all members to police this.

Dress

Acceptable Tennis and Squash dress and non marking court shoes must be worn at ALL TIMES. Road shoes are not to be worn because they mark the courts. Please also do not wear your court shoes on the footpath or road.
